Voutas - Ayia Triada - Sarakiniako Valley - Paleochora     Grade: Easy-Medium    Total Distance: 11.8 km.

Start in the village of Voutas. Follow a well-defined track into the Pelekaniotiko valley which is dotted with spring flowers and leads to a steep rocky slope where several vultures nest each year. The next stop is the authentic hamlet of Ayia Triada. From there descend into the Sarakiniatiko valley rich in botanical variety. Follow the river and end up at Kakavopetra beach. A final 45 minute walk will take you back to Paleochora.

Booking fee € 6.00, which includes a map, route description and GPS track plus € 9.50 pp. for the transfer per minibus to the start of the walk. Book and pay in our office at the Kontekaki Street (next to the Chania Bank) in Paleochora.
